European hosting
Your organisation’s data and your recipients’ data are hosted within the European Union, with providers subject to European law.
Minimisation
We collect only what is needed to deliver a message: a number, a body, a timestamp. Nothing more.
Encryption
Traffic to the platform and the API is encrypted in transit (TLS). Access is authenticated and logged.
No resale
Your contacts are never sold, rented or used for advertising, by us or by our sub-processors.
Data processing agreement
A DPA compliant with Article 28 GDPR is available, together with the list of sub-processors.
Reversibility
You remain the owner of your data: export and deletion are available at any time from your account.
