Every user who wants to send appointment reminders by SMS from a mail client such as Microsoft Outlook or Google Calendar.
Do shared calendars need their own licence?
No. One licence covers one user. If they have 20 shared calendars in Outlook, they can create appointments on those calendars and send the matching reminders with that single licence.
Can I try it for free?
Yes: a 14-day trial with no subscription and no payment details. The trial includes one user licence and 2 SMS credits so you can test a real send.
Are messages included in the subscription?
No. Messages are consumables, like printer cartridges. They are bought in packs, listed under the “SMS packs” tab.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, at any time from your account, under Subscription, in a single click.
How do I get started?

Frequently asked questions
You may be wondering…
What is a transactional SMS?
A text message tied to an action or a service: order confirmation, delivery notification, appointment reminder, verification code. It has no advertising purpose, so it can be sent whenever it is useful — unlike marketing messages.
When should I use the API rather than an add-in?
The Outlook or Google add-in is right whenever appointments are created in a calendar. The API takes over when appointments live inside business software: a hospital system, practice management software, an ERP, a citizen portal or an in-house CRM.
How much does the API cost?
API access is billed as a monthly call allowance, from €50 excl. VAT per month for 2,500 calls. Messages are still purchased separately in packs. See the Pricing page for details.
Does the API handle opt-outs?
Yes. STOP replies are reported back so your system can stop sending non-essential messages to that recipient.
