Our story
From a law firm in Rouen to a transactional communication platform
- 2018
A very concrete need
A law firm in Rouen specialising in immigration law was facing a huge no-show rate: clients who were reachable almost exclusively by mobile. The first version of the application, then called SMS Outlook, was built to send reminders straight from Microsoft Outlook. It worked immediately.
- 2022
A new architecture
The team rebuilt the architecture to reach beyond Outlook alone and cover Google Calendar and other platforms. A dedicated transactional SMS API was created, and the product took its final name: SMS Meeting.
- 2023
The customer portal
The SMS Meeting portal launched in April: every organisation can now try the solution, subscribe and configure its data independently, securely, at any time.
- 2024
A new identity
A new logo — a reminder bell merged into a message bubble — accompanied the redesign of the customer portal, aligned with current security and design standards.
- 2026
Scaling up
Growing adoption by administrations, local authorities and healthcare providers: infrastructure rebuilt for scalability and availability, a structured Enterprise plan (dedicated account, SLA, analytics, GDPR governance), optimised Outlook and Google add-ins, and an API opened further to third-party vendors.
